- All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in UAE
- We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for payment
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC or sanctioned countries
- Customers using the website who are minor and/or under the age of 18 must not make transactions on the website
- The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records, merchant policies and rules
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account
- Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment
- Multiple purchases may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
- Services will be delivered in person or online as described on the website
- You may request to cancel your purchase for a full refund up to 72 hours before the first session you have signed up for. After this time, no refunds will be provided. You may transfer to the same type of session on a different date if you request the change more than 24 hours before the session you have signed up for. After that, any change is at our discretion. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment
